David Welch

David Welch is the CEO of Robinson Weeks Partners, and has overall responsibility for the firm’s development and acquisition activities as well as its build-to-suit programs. He oversees one of the company’s largest developments, Gillem Logistics Center, a 1,168 acre master planned development in metro Atlanta. The firm structures ventures with public and private entities to develop master planned parks and creates exceptional build-to-suit programs for clients needing a trusted and experienced advisor to acquire and develop their facilities. Prior to joining Robinson Weeks Partners, Mr. Welch was the Southeast Regional President for LNR Property, where he had overall responsibility of all acquisitions, developments, investments, operations and dispositions. The portfolio included land, industrial and mixed-use assets exceeding $100 million. Before joining LNR Property, he held senior leadership positions with ProLogis for nearly thirteen years.
Brad Pope
Brad is focused on serving clients by providing real estate solutions to supply chain challenges. He has represented clients in both the acquisition and disposition of warehouse/distribution, manufacturing and office properties throughout the United States and has consulted on overseas projects for Fortune 500 clients. Experience and Accomplishments Brad has been actively involved in all aspects of industrial real estate brokerage for over 25 years. His expertise in leasing, sales, site selection, build to suits and investment sales has led to direct involvement in over $1 billion of consummated real estate transactions for his clients. Brad currently serves as Vice President on the Board of Directors for the SIOR Georgia Chapter and is Chair of the SIOR Global Industrial Practice Group. Prior to joining JLL, Brad served as Managing Director and Principal of NAI Brannen Goddard.
John Barker Jr.

As President and Chief Development Officer, John’s primary focus at Red Rock is procuring and overseeing development projects for industrial, office and retail properties, and speculative developments in strategic locations. John’s wealth of knowledge in industrial park development, speculative development, single tenant build-to-suit net leases and sale/leasebacks allows him to be involved in a project from conception to completion. Over his career, John has completed millions of square feet of development-related projects from build-to suit and sale/leasebacks to construction program and project management. John is very active in the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (“SIOR”) and has held numerous leadership positions from the regional to the national level. John is also an active member of the Industrial Asset Management Council (“IAMC”) and the Charitable Regional Commercial Board of Realtors.
