How much capital does CrowdStreet expect to place in 2020 in a post-coved world?
Do Crowdstreet investors have a greater preference for OZ projects in this environment? Assuming there is a continued interest for good project fundamentals, what are investors willing to consider for ROI with a more conservative “REIT type” structure with a lower debt/equity ratios compared to traditionally funded deals? email@example.com
Companies will start renting single homes and will convert them as an office space to avoid the crowd in buildings, the same with apartments, people will move to single home.
What about syndications for first-time shopping center buyers with no track record owning/managing properties? Would leasing experience count?
